A hair raising event!

You may be wondering "what in the world is that a picture of??" Well, let us explain . . .
It was a normal Thursday afternoon, shortly after finishing language school, we were on the road heading for a meeting across town. We were waiting at a traffic light (behind a HUGE truck, might we add), when we began noticing that as the truck started moving so did the power cables above him. Then SUDDENLY one of them ripped loose, while the other cable came crashing down ON TOP of our poor defenseless vehicle (while still attached to the cement pole, which had started falling over)! Thankfully we were ok, the only damage done were some minor dents on the bumper due to the cables getting caught underneath our car. The most embarrassing thing was being stuck in the middle of the intersection while everyone else is driving by staring and pointing. Finally, someone did come and kick the cables loose for us, since we were too scared to get out of the car in fear of being electrocuted. Needless to say, it made for quite an exciting afternoon!
